Our Commitment to you.
As a small, boutique provider, our commitment to our Educators is our number one priority.
Without our Educator's support and feedback, our service would not exist today. Our commitment to each educator is that they will be recognised for their own unique abilities, strengths and personalities, and they will be provided with a service where they feel valued and supported by our close knit team. We believe in a high quality standard of care and strive to grow in relationship and diversity as we provide care across the Canterbury region. Educators are provided with multiple opportunities to grow and extend their own learning, through professional development, courses and goal support.

What our Educators are saying…
“Mel is a genuine, caring, kind, intelligent Visiting Teacher. She is strong and is a great support person whether it is personal matter or a professional matter. Mel holds herself to a very high standard of professionalism and is very quick to action & help solve any issues in a fair and effective manner.”
— Shannon
“Jess is an awesome Visiting teacher, I’ve been an educator for 13 years and she's been one of the best I've had. I've found her to be honest, open, reliable, very knowledgeable about ECE and children. She thrives to build strong relationships with her Educators and children and works incredibly hard to go the extra mile for them. Jess is great at inspiring you to bring the best out in yourself.”
— Megan
